Nia is a mind, body spirit exercise program that combines dance, martial arts, yoga and healing arts to create a well rounded, safe and life inspiring workout. The craft and technique of Nia involves a variety of movements, speeds, styles, ranges of motion and energy dynamics. Nia helps individuals meet a wide range of therapeutic, wellness, fitness, lifestyle and personal growth-needs. Receive customized training sessions that focus on your specific goals and needs at your own pace.   Personal training sessions are conducted in a patient and sensitive manner for optimal results.  We work in a very private and sacred atmosphere allowing clients to feel very comfortable and open.

Nia Camps (8-10 week program)  *

The Nia camp is an 8-10week program with a very intimate and personalized touch. It will be conducted in a safe, nonjudgmental, caring and supportive environment. The camp will include: meditation, Nia routines, and workshop labs. Nia is good for those seeking: weight loss and proper weight management, relieving stress, shaping and toning the body, improving posture and increasing height, strengthening the immune system, developing/refining their rhythm, greater self awareness & image and a low impact, yet effective workout.

Price range  $20.00 to $245.00

Nia Workshops *

Nia Workshops is a perfect opportunity  for new participants to get an in depth experience of Nia and for regular participants to get a deeper understanding of the technique.  In the workshop sessions the Nia technique is explained in detail and particular themes are highlighted.  This is an excellent opportunity to gain awareness and further develop your Nia technique.

Workshops range from 1-3 days and are scheduled several times per year, please call to sign-up.

Prices range from 25.00 to 45.00

Nia Women Circles *

Nia women circles are offered in the form of class series, camps, and workshops for privately organized groups or small groups of 6 to 10 individuals.  Nia circles are customized to meet group needs.  (Free consultation)
