Natural Rhythm Healing Fitness Detox Cleanse Series
January 25th to January 28th 2008

Nia (Neuromuscular Integrative Action) is an expressive body, mind, spirit– movement & lifestyle practice that combines martial arts, healing arts and dance. Farcia adds a special blend of African Healing dance. African healing dance consist of healing dance movement from Africa and the African diaspora as well as song and chants. We will be using these two powerful transformational dance programs to support our cleansing journey with the masters cleanse (aka lemonade diet).
The purpose of the Detox cleanse( aka Lemonade Diet/Master cleanse) is to dissolve and eliminate toxins and congestion; to cleanse the kidneys and digestive system; to purify glands; to eliminate waste and hardened materials in the joints and muscles; to build a healthy bloodstream; to maintain optimal blood pressure; not to mention the side benefit of weightloss and incentive to develop better eating habits.
The series will begin with a lemonade diet preparation workshop, and will continue through the weekend with Nia and African healing dance. The purpose is to start this year off with renewing our selves inside and out.
One of the biggest benefits of the master cleanse is people find that because they feel so clean and healthy after they finish, it provides incentive for them to quit other bad habits, which are not food related. Such habits include smoking and drinking alcohol. People do not want to erase all their hard work by using such substances. The majority of people have been found to not only feel better, but to have more energy and much better eating habits after their HYPERLINK "http://mastercleansesecrets.com/book.php" \o "lemonade diet" \t "_blank" lemonade diet experience than they did prior to doing it.
